Thanks Sam! It's in Whitby Kendallwood Plaza HWY 2 and Garrard! We usually get takeout because they closed indoor dining during COVID.

No sir. We risk invasion by cousins of William Wallace if we drink 12 year old Scotch with anything but frozen water.
If I need to open up a single malt, 3-4 drops of water (or a finger-flick amount for technical accuracy LOL) is all I use.

I like mine neat!! So I get to savour it. I find if I use ice, I drink it too quickly which can have consequences

Me too! I drink my tequila the same way ... slow sips and roll it around until the tongue gets a nice tingle.
