Along with my new Waterman pen came a blue ink cartridge. Nothing fancy, just an unknown shade of Waterman ink. It might be Florida Blue (I hear that used to come standard in Waterman pens), but the vendor wasn't sure.
I've been doing extensive research, and I just ordered a bottle of Noodler's Legal Lapis. I like the color, and I have an actual need for an ink of its particular properties.
However, no sooner had I decided on Legal Lapis, my eye was caught by another Noodler's ink that, to me, looks similar, but more vibrant than Legal Lapis -- Noodler's Van Gogh Starry Night Blue. I want it. I want it, and if it hadn't been out of stock, I would have bought that too.
I want it, and I don't need it.
I think I have an ink problem...
