Today we served a white and a red with a roasted goose. The white was Dachshund Riesling. It really is good stuff. And Liberty School Pinot Noir.

New Year's Eve we enjoyed a bottle of 2000 Lynch Bages Bordeaux with a great steak. Followed that with a 2004 Chateau Lascombes Margaux. Never did open the champagne we had planned for the night.
