Bowl: Turkish copper
Post-shave: Nivea 2-in-1 Aftershave
Loaded a fresh Astra SP. Got a good near-BBS, apart from having to avoid another insect bite.
Preshave: Hot washcloth

Still hanging around, still shaving with the same old gear. I thought I’d do a Micromatic Monday today but I didn’t have time to prep the blade. SI instead I got shave # 315 on my Feather

Haven't had time to post for a week or so but I'm still in!
4 shaves since my last post - so I'll keep it brief.
A second shave with the GC 2.0 II after bringing it back into to use - much better shave than the first so I'm getting used to it again. Then back to the Athena - awesome shave over the weekend. And then yesterday and today with the GC 2.0 II again - both excellent shaves but this morning was one of the best - 9.5/10. Hoping that I can keep both the Athena and GC 2.0 II dialled in now - Athena for the weekend and GC 2.0 for during the week.
My two boars continue to give me great pleasure and MdC Nature is just brilliant.
Now I need to find time to read the last week of posts on this thread that I've missed....

Tried the Gillette Silver Blue for the second time with my most trusted set. Still felt rough, might have to open a different tuck in case these ones are defective or something. It was a close shave nonetheless, but not really comfortable

Post-Shave: Alum Block
Williams Acqua Velva Ice Blue splash
Nivea Protect & Care ASB
Fancied using a classic soap today so opted for MWF and was reminded of how good a soap the tallow version is. Face lathered and it was brilliant. A brush full of lather, enough for about 5 passes, though only needed 3. BBS result and my face feels tremendous with the post shave products.
July is imminent. Stay strong peeps
