As a former(?) avionics guy myself, (on the Navy side they are force-converting all of us helicopter swimmers to AW) I can say pay lots of attention in class, especially the troubleshooting, schematics, and electronics theory. It will pay off big time, no matter if you end up I level or elbow deep in a hornet somewhere. Just curious, have you been able to find anything at the NEX there? I've had good luck with mugs, blades, etc. there.
