It was made for Josephs jewelers, I was told by emailing Josephs, in the 60s or 70s. Swiss 17 jewels the watch maker who is cleaning it told me. He told me who made it when he called but I couldnt hear him as it was noisy. I will ask again when I go get it. It was my brothers so thats all I know about it for now.

Today it's this 21j Elgin BW Raymond grade railroad watch, which was made in 1925.
