I'm in and I'm thankful for my family and all my friends and all my friends on the forums who i have never met face to face yet. I am also thankful for each day.... I heard last night about a long time family friend having passed away and that made me sad , but at the same time I am grateful for having known them. ... Also , Thank you @Captain Pre-Capsize also for doing this.... In case you missed it BTW... I'm in...

I am thankful for my family. They have supported me through more than a dozen painful surgeries after a serious accident. I’m in.
I think I can speak for everyone and say that we're all thankful for you.
Thank you Captain for this opportunity for all of us here at B&B. I am very thankful that this past week I was given what I consider to be, a second chance at life.
For months I have been experiencing chest pains. I have had visits to my primary care provider as well as follow up consultations with cardiac specialists for tests and exams. This past Wednesday, I underwent a cardiac catheterization and was told that after all this time waiting and wondering, I have no signs of blockage or disease.
So today I am no longer taking the heart medications that I was given as a precaution. It's amazing what it can feel like to have been given a second chance.

I am thankful for my family, whose love makes life worth living. I'm in.
I'm in. I am thankful for my wife and my children. I am also thankful for the people here on the B&B for there knowledge and support. A great group of people!
Not in as I've benefited from the Captain's generosity (plus my den is packed). I too am grateful for this wonderful community. But I'm truly blessed to have a wonderful and loving family. My oldest brother recently came through prostate surgery and is back to his active lifestyle, my nieces and nephews seem to be doing very well, and my grandson just keeps getting more grown up all the time.

But seriously, I would not be alive today if it wasn't for my wife so for her appearance into my life I am forever thankful and grateful. I am thankful that no one is actively trying to kill me that I know of. I am thankful for my friends and their varied skill sets that have kept my household afloat the past couple years by doing tasks I can no longer do but can't afford to hire a "professional". I am thankful for my parents instilling in me a good work ethic and a "I ain't dead yet!" attitude. I am thankful for everyone in the medical field and their skill and dedication. I am thankful for, to quote a 3 Doors Down song lyric, " A safe home, and a warm bed, on a quiet little street". I'm tearing up, time to stop.

That I'm not in Buffalo this weekend, and for the snow tires and AWD I have to cope with Western NY winters when Mother Nature turns her attention to my neck of the woods.
I'd like to be in on this one.

I'm thankful for sick kiddos. This week both of mine, boy 5 and girl 7, have been down with the flu, that part in not thankful for.
The part I am thankful for is that all they want are snuggle and hugs and hand holds. I'm all to aware that all too soon they will want nothing to do with me. Until that time though, I'm going to soak up every snuggle, hug and handhold I can get. Even if it means they occasionally sneeze in my eye ball.

I'm absolutely in. My bottle of Captain's Choice Bay Rum is one of m my favorite after shaves, after all.
Personally, I'm thankful for my wife, who understands me better than anyone I've ever known, and that includes my late parents, peace upon them. Without my lovely, strong, brilliant, and beautiful wife, I'd never have the wonderful, loud, crazy, noisy blended family that I am blessed to have. So, all thanks to her.

I'm in, I'm thankful for the adventures shaving has got me into, going to antique stores trying to find that bottom dial fatboy but always having a blast and finding fun interesting things.
