Sriracha shortage

I was pretty let down when I tried the Tabasco version prior to opening this replacement.
To me, just seemed to lack any character and I rather don't even notice it

I was at USAF Commissary last Sunday, they had the Srairachi, shelf was full, no price gouging.

Success! As the level in my old jar of chili-garlic sauce got lower and lower I was hunting all over town for it. As noted above, everybody and their elder maiden aunt is making sriracha these days but not a drop of this stuff. Went to an out of my way Asian grocery and there it was. It's now awaiting its fate in the pantry...

It was not a false rumor. This thread was started eight months ago. Suppy is catching back up to demand now.

Well honestly my only vague was place I shop that all had, never seems to be problem, and I am a person who buys Hot Sauce all the time. Know one of my favorite paces to shop is local Asian market, Lee Lee. They alway had the sauce.

About a month ago. I started seeing it back on the store shelves too.

Hope it was just a temporary shortage
