Notes

The last of my Rex 1955 sample today was used up. The first soap I've 3017 upon my return to wet shaving back in July of this year. A very close shave, but 4 weepers dropped the score a full point. If it wasn't for the weepers, this shave would have been one of my best.

My favorite soap & matching splash. Top quality lather and aromatic cigarish scent.
Was running late so chose this easy-peasy AC Razor, except...the blade was on the blunt side. HAH...meaning at the end of the shave nothing was removed...complete idiot! One of those mornings...at least I enjoyed the lather and splash!

Hello friends

The day was hot here. I opted for a faster, but no less pleasurable, shave. Il Piccolo and Gillette Silver Blue (2) go together very well. Perhaps due to the positive exposure of the razor and the softness of the blade. Tabac, Semogue SOC Finest and Floïd The Genuine were perfect!

With us, Miles Davis and Gil Evans playing a Brazilian classic.
