A 5" steel frame Ruger SR1911 came into the shop today as a trade. Did not last long. I swapped out my Kimber Custom II (even trade) and feel I surely got the better end of the deal. Only downside was no box, but I think I'll get over it.
I have no quarrel with Kimbers; I still have two I will be hanging onto.
Unless of course someone has a 3" Ruger SR1911 up for grabs. Seriously doubt I'll ever part ways with the 4" Pro Carry II.
