I am still in. I have been craving a new purchase but have appeased it by using a different razor. Working on using up what I have, which is very nice. I have some Tabac Tallow version Soap that I would like to offload however. One puck new in the box, and about 6 ounces that I milled into a plastic Sterling tub. If anyone wants it, please reach out!

Excellent shave using the Tech. This razor is so intuitive and so user friendly - I hardly can imagine shaving the wrong way with this razor. Still very glad to dipped this vintage pool and got this fine specimen to boot. I honestly think this is my most favorite razor, even though I love my Piccolo's.

Fantastic shave this morning. Took time to dedicate focused effort to myself this morning. Everything just clicked.
Honestly could have stopped after the second pass it was such a good result building from the prep to a great lather all within a relaxed quiet house...

It helped that both of my morning meetings were cancelled last minute which aided to free the time.

Ha! Interesting to read the above interchange. I am not even within reasonable driving distance of any decent shaving supplies, let alone walking distance! Less immediate temptation, but of course the internet is always there.
Back to my favorite DE razor, my early postwar Tech. A 95% BBS on shave #82 with my Feather blade.
Hard to believe my Third monthly GRUME is almost complete!

Post-shave: Nivea 2-in-1 Aftershave.

Tried a single shim. There was a slight uptick in efficiency (I think), but more blade feel as well.

Got a comfortable DFS with it.

Lovely shave with a vintage 40's English Souplex from a lovely grooming set. Excellent razor.
Very pleased the fourth Feather I used in a short time did good. Not superb, just good.
This Lea cream is cheap, but smells good and has great glide and post skin feel.
