FYI Krakatoa - since your blades are in transit and it isn't July 1, you can change your exception item. You just can't spend money in the restraint, you can accept deliveries if previous orders.

It might be I will try to make an own razor during the summer vacation. That would be my exception. I will not buy any razor equipment, but maybe material to make one.

I know this is just shaving, but I look at a restraint like this as a commitment and I don't take those lightly. Sure, sometimes stuff happens, but either do it or don't.

Am I taking this too seriously? Is a restraint like this not a reflection of our character?

Maybe not to crazy extremes, but I agree I see no point in joining knowing you'll drop out. They call that having reservations. If you know you'll do something eventually, you normally do it sooner than later.
Let's keep this with people actually TRYING to restrain from purchases, for whatever reason thy may have.
