Blankity-Blanks VS. Goldennibs

For those of you who are hands-on enough to have played around with replacing knots and purchasing pucks of hair for homemade brushes, which company delivers a better knot?
Blankity-Blanks seems to get more talk around here, but I don't see any negative responses to the quality of Goldennibs.
What are the pros and cons of each?

I can't help you with blankety-blanks but I've been satisfied with the knots I used from golden nib.
