So I just got back from running...man I hate running! But I have to get into a little running shape for a possible job that I want to get. The problem with running is that my big legs produce a lot of friction. Today when I was running I got a "chafe alert" and decided to stop early. Back home I went ahead and applied some of this (and yes it is an actual product that I use for the stated purpose...it works much in the same way as Gold Bond or Desitin)...
