Your's blows, mine sucks, 
keeps the chaff on the beans though but it cools pretty quickly. It's hooked up to an industrial shop vac... need to be careful with shop vacs because with too much coffee and heat you can melt the plastic hose (I've heard). Had the plastic canister and found the steaming pot insert at a thrift store, perfect fit.

It was close to 90 outside when I was roasting so had the fan blowing on me.
Something just clicked and.............

Here is mine. Sometimes I put on the air conditioner condenser and the colander levitates!
The sheet metal tube really does the trick - cools fast.
Funny thing, I leave the fan out year in and year out so one day it made a bad noise and died. Two weeks later I found the exact same fan at an estate sale and it's like I never was without.
