Shake Sharp

This was my Grandfathers razor. I finally cleaned it up and put a blade in it. Pretty smooth I must say. I also got out 2 Gems 1 clog proof and one regular micromatic. They are all excellent smooth shaves. With the shake sharp being the smoothest feeling and the open comb Gem being the closest shave I have ever gotten with a safety razor.

Lucky to find that shake-sharp,they're scarce !

I love my shake sharp but as its the gold one i only use it sparingly.

PS try it with a good blade, polsilver or astra sp and it will really work well.

That's cool that you have your grandfather's razors. Thanks for sharing. This is the first I have head of Shake Sharp. That's what I love about this board.
