20g light or should that be too light? I get smoother shaves with bronze or stainless IMO.
It is weird they are such a premium product and the website is so lacking. I still don't get it, but I love their products.Does anyone else find the Wolfman website lacking? I can’t find any details other than prices on the WR3. Where can I find details on blade gaps?
Thank you.20g light or should that be too light? I get smoother shaves with bronze or stainless IMO.
I only have the OC .35 and the Sabre L2 but I'd say it would be hard to do a side by side match. What WR3 would this be close to?
My concern with the large head it how does it shave ATG? Around the chin and under the nose?I only have the OC .35 and the Sabre L2 but I'd say it would be hard to do a side by side match.
The Wolfman feels like a totally different razor due to the geometry, weight, etc.. I can't perceive any blade gap feeling
anything like the Sabre L2! But of course, I can be totally wrong.
Edit:
I'm considering selling my WR3!
I still can't get used to it's massive size and despite it shaving well, it's not really "better" than a couple of other razors that I love.
I only do WTG & XTG with my shaves! My concern with the large head it how does it shave ATG? Around the chin and under the nose?
Should be fine for me as I generally prefer shaving at a step angle. Even with my Micromatic and today with my SabreI have no issues ATG -- it's very comfortable in all directions. I simply use a little steeper angle under the nose.
You seem to have the largest gap here that posts regularly. How would you compare your 60 to other razors and gaps?Lovely shave today. View attachment 1811679
I'm on the list for a .60 in open comb, looking for a little more efficiency out of the WR3, but it shaves very comfortably like the WR4 and even more comfortable than my WR1 and 2.You seem to have the largest gap here that posts regularly. How would you compare your 60 to other razors and gaps?
