Deadlifts to 238kgx1
130,155,180,205,225,238 PR BWx3
That's a 20lb increase in less then 12 months as well.
 
After the weight stopped 'falling off' in exercises, I had to alter my exercises. Doing a lot of rowing. Increased the weight I am using significantly. Recently began using C4 extreme pre work out with no3 and creatine. Was curious if anyone else uses a prework out supplement with creatine in it?
