What is your refreshing (touch up) procedure for your razors?

How often do you refresh your razors if you had only lapping films?

I am only using lapping film, but have yet to nail down a process.

Depending on how bad the edge is, I might go down a couple of steps.

Final is wet copy paper under the white sheet

previous is white sheet without copy paper

Green with copy paper

Green without copy paper.

Some razors can get 5 shaves before a touch up and others can go 20-50 shaves.
