That didn't feel good at all when it was over.

Still have been going to the gym everyday... Realized last night, that I should focus more on shoulders and biceps. I have been focusing a good bit on chest, back, abdominals, and triceps.
As of Sept 19, 2013 - I weighed 228lbs which is the most I have ever weighed).
Today I weighed myself, 218lbs (back at my highschool sports weight... Now just need to drop back down to a size 28 waist and stay at 218lbs.) *thumbs up*

Went to the gym at work on a slow night.

Some crunches.
Upper body (mostly shoulder) weight machines.
20' on stair mill.

Feel great!

My gym just went 24/7 so Friday to Sunday nights are now great times to work out. Before they used to be the worst times but now the crowds are much smaller. :thumbup1:

First post in here. :)

Body weight: 165 lbs.

Squats: 5*286 lbs, 8*253 lbs, 10*225

Over head press: 3*5 88 lbs

Standing calf raises: 2*12 175 lbs

I hate overhead presses but I do my best to get through them. I am 5x5 @ 80lbs now.

It's such a mentally challenging exercise, that also is such a slow progress movement. I've been having troubles with my right shoulder as well, but am finally and slowly getting back to my previous weights. But yes. It is horrible.
