4 mile run this morning, and treated to the sight of the lunar eclipse!
Went to the gym at work on a slow night.
Some crunches.
Upper body (mostly shoulder) weight machines.
20' on stair mill.
Feel great!
Taking a break for a couple of days and doing some hiking!
45 minutes yoga

Over head press: 3*5 88 lbs
I hate overhead presses but I do my best to get through them. I am 5x5 @ 80lbs now.
