What's your workout today?

10 miles walking through day and back/biceps workout:

Deadlift: 135 x 8, 225 x 5, 275 x3, 315 x 1
Pullups: 170 (body weight) x 8, 180 x 5, 185 x 3 (dipping belt)
Laying down T-bar row: 45 x 8, 70 x 5, 105 x 3
Dumbbell inverted fly: 30 x 8, 40 x 5, 45 x 8 (per hand)
Barbell curls: 65 x 8, 75 x 5, 85 x 3
Dumbbell hammer curls: 35 x 8, 40 x 5, 45 x 3 (per hand)

Note: normally I post the day after but this was today's workout so I have two posts that might look a little strange...

Yesterday, 12 miles walking. Just an easy day.

Today: 12 miles walking + Legs (all done raw without raps or belt)

High Bar Squats (Olympic style ATG)
Front Squat (Olympic style ATG)
Lunches
Straight leg deadlifts
Seated calf raises
