100 pushups, 50 pullups, 50 chinups, 100 crunches. Was in a bit of a hurry today, so I just rocked out some basics. It's been a hectic week.

Didn't take more than a half hour with stretching afterwards. Feels good not using a heavy barbell every once and awhile--much more natural.Great workout for a quickie!
I did 10 min on treadmill, 10 min on elliptical, 200 crunches, and 4 x 10 on bench @115lbs.
4.25 miles today, after two days of travel. Running on vacation is awesome.
I did a lot of desk curls and runs through the office today...
