What's your workout today?

2.5mi run followed by 3 sets of DL and 2 sets of assisted pullups. Finished it with some ab work with a core ball.
 
Went cycling on the W&OD trail for a few hours.

Today's ride was all sorts of fun. When I was almost at my turnaround point, it started to rain. I stopped and checked the weather channel app on my phone and saw that a storm was rolling in over about half my route. I decided to 'race' the storm back to my car. I felt great and had a great time, which is always the most important aspect to me.
 
Warm up on the elliptical for 10 minutes.

Weight machine circuit course followed by some free weights.
5 sets of 5 reps all done with dumbbells.
Curls, bench press, military press, lat raises.

3 sets of 5 reps bench press


2 mile run on the tread mill in my new shoes, Vibram Five Fingers, Speed. It definitely going to be an adjustment period with the new shoes.
