After a day's work...

Actually, we had a really nice run this morning. 1:10'... a bit humid and a LOT of "flying creatures" around... nevertheless, we all enjoyed our weekly run together... :001_wub: :001_wub: :001_wub:

Today was to be a light cardio day for me. Got to the gym and the elliptical machines were occupied, so I stepped up to the Summit Trainer. It kicked the crap out of me but I doubled my previous best and did 1.5 miles in just over 22 minutes.
 
Weight machine circuit course followed by some free weights.
5 sets of 5 reps all done with dumbbells.
Flys, curls, bench press, military press, shrugs, shoulder lifts.

Two mile run.

300 lbs Tire flip for 100M
10-8-6 Heavy Lat Pull downs
10-8-6 Heavy preacher curls
Super Set 10-8-6 Heavy Dumbbell rows & hammer curls

SMOKED!

3 MAX reps close hand bench and Wide Arm Push up super set
12-10-8 Tricep Extensions
12-10-8 Incline Dumbell Press
HI-MID-LOW Cable FLY SuperSets

Warm up on the elliptical for 10 minutes.

Weight machine circuit course followed by some free weights.
5 sets of 5 reps all done with dumbbells.
Curls, bench press, military press, lat raises.

I skipped the run today. I may get it in tonight or tomorrow morning.
