Rare meal out today. Greasy cheeseburger and fries from the local pizza joint.
I forgot to post this one. This club sandwich was superb. I could only eat half.
Some leftover strips of chicken that had been seasoned for tacos got mixed and heated with grilled onions, nestled into a remnant of baguette, split and toasted, and topped and held together with melted Swiss cheese was a great lunch.
Mrs. Hippie wanted a thin-crust cheese pizza last night. I wanted a thin-crust sausage pizza. So I made two pizza. Despite remembering how to eat a whole (smallish) pizza in one sitting, neither one of us wanted to go for the gold; so we'll have the other halves for lunch.

Homemade Onigiri with spicy Tuna as well as Tan Tan Don minced meat filling. Kimchi, Oshinko and pickled Ginger on the side and some Sake to wash it down.
Around here that is a rarely seen thing anymore. A properly made Clubhouse. Now they seem to throw any kind of meat/protein in a sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, and mayo and call it a clubhouse.
Animals.
The rest went home with me in a to-go box.
I finally tried the chili at Butter Run Saloon. It was superb.

My pal Shawn the chef at Butter Run Saloon made this patty melt just for me. It has swiss cheese and onions but he also added cheddar cheese and bacon to it. Quite decadent. I'm glad I skipped breakfast that day.
Set curry today: chicken curry, veg curry, dahl, rice, naan, can of Sprite, $12. No photo as it comes on a metal tray(!)
