Another pour of Rare Breed again last night.

I'm gathering parts for another batch of homebrew sake, which reminded me that I hadn't actually had any sake for a while. Last week in town I picked up a couple of honjozo sakes: Yuki Hatori (Snow Firefly) and some Hakutsuru Dai Ginjo.

...and that last is what I'm enjoying at the moment!
