When I was in Edinburgh last semester, you couldn't walk a mile in the non-tourist parts of town without passing a Turkish barbershop offering reasonably priced hot shaves. One was even using the Arko man as their storefront sign!
Rare around here where I live in Canada. They can't use straight razors as they are required to use disposable blades. So perhaps a shavette could be used. My barber admitted he hadn't done one in years and the last one didn't go that well.
