Nice morning here today, so a pleasant 4.2-mile walk on the local trails.

Well we've had a week of good weather here in blighty which has coincided with a couple of late finishes at work. How ever this warm weather has helped with my sore back. So here's a couple of work out sessions from this week.

General toning plus some pullups and dips.

30 minute timer:

About a 2.5 minute warm-up. In the remaining 27.5 minutes, rounds of:

• 20 push-ups
• 5 bodyweight rows
• 7 KB swings (24kg)
• Swig of water, 8 deep nasal breaths, and back to the beginning
• Get in as many rounds as possible.

I got through 19 rounds.

Various stretches worked in with 3 cycles of 12 reps of various exercises; e.g., crunches, pushups, planks.

We’ve had heat indexes up to 120° this week so other than work outdoor activities have been very limited.
