Currently, not "what was your..." It is rather "what could you do...". It is the kind of thing happening to a 50 something ex athlete with a fancy for contact sports. In other words, a bad back that is keeping me out of the ring, the mat and the boats.

So today I was able to swim 45 minutes w/o drowning or having an involuntary overdose of bleached water.

Hurray hurray. I am alive.

My workout today was too
fix my
daughters broken dresser......a broken drawer and fix some slide rails. I also have 5,089 steps so far.
