I think I did a bad thing

As the title says I think I did something bad! This morning I was looking on the Franklin Christoph website and and somehow a Model 25 Eclipse found its way into my cart. I was so confused as to how that happened, then the only way I could get it out was by clicking the button labeled PayPal!!! Please what does this all mean???
