Try shaving more often, my neck does much better if I shave every day. I'm still fairly new to DE shaving and the neck can be a struggle. My neck grows north so a WTG pass is north, but in the beginning I was shaving it south on the first pass which lead to tons of weepers, and from reading these forums I'm happy nothing grows on my adams apple.
