great triple-milled soaps?

I think most soaps are not tripple milled as it is old school and takes special expensive equiptment. MWF and DRH IMHO are great tripple milled soaps. Although I do not beleive MdC is Tripple milled, it is aged 8 months and uses a molden cast to make the soap.http://www.martin-de-candre.com/savonnerie-artisanale.html

Schafmilch is my desert island soap. Clean soapy scent with incredible during and post shave feel. I call it "The Fat Without the Fuss." I have no doubt you will love it too!

On topic of thread, try the Schafmilch if you haven't. It's fantastic.

I have to agree with you on this. I have used the Schafmilch and the marigold scent. Both are awesome. I also got the sandalwood that will come up after the marigold runs out. Probably a month or so away.

Recently, Saponificio Varesino has made quite a good impression on me.
Used it for weeks, hardly a dent in the jar and a great performance.

C&S #88 or Oxford & Cambridge are the best of those mentioned, Saponificio Varesino and Valobra are real close. Tabac works in hard water, unlike MWF, which requires a ceremony and the correct cusp of the moon here ..

If you're keeping score:

MWF - don't believe the naysayers, this stuff lathers easily.
D R Harris - any scent.
Tabac - The scent can be divisive but no-one disagrees on the performance.
