Gentlemanly Restraint Pare Down January 2013

I'm in. I have been unnoficialy in the winter restraint. I didn't join, but didnt buy anything either.
My only exception is I may have to buy another Aqua Velva in January, I am running dangerously low. I only have one back up.

Now this I can get on board with.

As far as an exception, I will offset with another PIF, so I don't really need one. I am looking for a Manchurian Duke 3 or a Le Grelot 1/4 grind, so if any of those come around, that would be my exception, and as I said, I'll PIF something in it's place.


I love paring down, I'm a ridiculous minimalist.

Having failed the Gentlemanly restraint until Christmas I'm in. I don't have an exception item yet, but I do have a mostly full tub of TOBS Sandalwood cream that's not getting much love at the moment, and will chuck in a few Personna med preps if the pif recipient hasn't tried them.

Owing to postage costs, PIF will be UK and Ireland only.

i did, but only because i was gifted a $25 amazon gift card. i bought some Cella red tub and Proraso pre-post. in a way it was free so i don't count it.

I think this is going to be a great help. I just got a whipped dog straight for Christmas and felt an AD pang to purchase lots of stuff related to honing and such. It's gonna be really hard to not send my local antique store found razor in to someone to get it honed.
