Very nice. I guess the Fat Boy just needed a little more time on the shelf to fully age properly.
I'm sure there was a lot of operator error involved as well.

I'm sure there was a lot of operator error involved as well.
It just takes time to learn DE shaving, and each razor in particular. I own a Fat Boy and a Red Tip, and every few months I switch from one to the other. When I do, it takes me a few days to adjust my technique to get the best shave from the razor.
The Fatboy is my favorite. Although my gold Fatboy Executive seems to shave even better. Could just be a matter of different tolerances or the latter not being abused over time.
