Cooking light does sound good.

Ha ha yup [MENTION=83342]DoctorShavegood[/MENTION] ...I'll need to make at least two since I bailed on the comfort food cook off. I've been so busy I only cooked maybe two or three times the last couple weeks. Looked like a great time though.
