Go online and order a handful of silly putty designed for hand physical therapy. You can practice squeezing it, fingers one at a time with resistance or the whole hand surrounding the putty, this will build up muscles big time.
You can also order online the cushioned hand grip exercisers. I used to use these extensively when I was seriously engaged in high angle rock climbing including the big walls in Yosemite or alpine routes in Colorado and The Tetons.
