What TV series you watching?

oh yeah im subbed to both of the twitch.tv channels its literally all I have time to watch right now lol its the greatest. I need a framed poster to go in my shave cave!
RiffTrax have you gone to a movie theatre to watch a live show? I haven't seen a live show almost 3 years. There is 1 theatre about an hour away from where i live now, but my people's schedules are always clashing with the shows. It's fun to watch the live shows but a $120 internet cab or cab ride is too much. Which reminds me to check their schedule again to see when the next one is.

So when I used to work at a movie theater I was in a weird place in my life I had been a fan of MST3K and they had advertisements for the replay shows at the movie theater but like I said not in a great place in my life so I never attended. Now that Im in a very very good place in my life and I dont work at the movies anymore(that was over a decade ago) I have been thinking about finding out when a live show is but at the same time been so busy with the family its hard to even find time to take them to a regular movie. So well see but I definitely have seen the live rifftrax for sure. I think so far "Rifftrax Live: Time Chasers" is probably my favorite lol

Last night my wife and I started the the fourth season of All Creatures Great & Small (the current version, which debuted in 2020) on PBS. Somehow we managed to get two seasons behind; I'm not sure exactly how I missed them until now. We like to say as a general rule we aren't interested in a show if there's no maimin' and killin' in it, but this show is an absolute gem. Truly lovely.

I preferred the Netflix series . It felt more polished more exciting. Someone else mentioned it , the lighting is turned down, some of the fight scenes are way too dark. Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio still have really good chemistry.
I just finished EP2. The lighting was much better in this episode, so maybe it'll be something that EP1 just struggled with. 2 takes place more during the day, though, so probably had more of an impact there. I do think they're building to some interesting conflict, but I'm concerned the limited episode count may hurt the story. Though supposedly it was designed as a one season 18 episode arc, and has been split into 2 seasons of 9 each. My hopes are high, and I'm excited for the next episode. That's what counts for me!
