Next razor after Merkur HD?

DECISION MADE! I'm going to get a 38C barberpole. I think that the reason I was wanting a lighter razor than the HD is that I find the HD a little unbalanced, because of the shortish handle. So I think a longer handle albeit a heavier razor is what I need.

Now I just have to decide whether to get the shiny or the matte one!

Don't forget to look into the Progress, Kevin, in the long or short handled version. Dial in the amount of aggressiveness you want and have at it!
Later on, if you want to jazz it up a bit, you can turn it over to Mer to transform it into a Mergress, or others for similar work..
