Kicking this GRUME off on July 1st with my 500th post since joining Badger & Blade in December last year. A very fitting jubilee post in a new month of restraint. I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate than with my brothers in the spirit of restraint.

My last GRUME is a few months back and at that time I didn't have many razors, brushes or other stuff. I took a few months off from GRUME'ing and acquired a few new additions, mostly razors, brushers and other stuff.

However, I never went overboard to go on a treewhaling journey and kept my purchases during that time restrained. Something I learnt in the previous GRUME's.

It's time again to pull at the reigns and show some gentlemanly restraint. It makes this journey so much sweeter in the end.

Oh, and yes, I had an absolute fantastic shave with this Yaqi Harlequin today. I'm having a bit of a pep in my step, a smile on my face, and a tune to whistle.
