Mrs JAHE and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this week, and boy, my lovely wife really surprised me with amazing gifts... have a look...
Frankly, the aluminum Apex is a razor I haven't had on my radar... I've never shaved with an Aylsworth razor to date. So I really was surprised. Turns out my working mate (who's a dedicated wet shaver, too) has supported my wife in choosing the setup... well done, I'd say. I really digg the look of this cool thing.
I've scheduled this combo for my Sunday shave.
Speaking of shaving, here's my SOTD, Lupo .95 OC...

I only needed a basic shave, so had a quick but effective DFS. That's 25 in a row with the 1.05mm Game Changer, and still going OK.
