Still in! But I have a dirty little secret. I have an engagement after work and won't have time for a proper shave, so I whipped out my old friend Philips Norelco for today's shave. Really it was just a little touch-up. I shaved the past 2 days in a row and I usually go 2-3 days between shaves.

In and working on getting my new computer functional between household chores. Up today for my early town day shave: my 1958 Superspeed (TV Special). My wife got this as a family hand me down. I rediscovered it a couple of years ago (we thought we donated it years ago along with my 1973 Gillette Adjustable ). It was so cruddy I had no idea what it was until after a thorough cleaning. I noticed today it is a little more aggressive than my Tech, which means a lot of jumping with an old blade (507 shaves) on the first two passes. I ended with an excellent 9.99 shave!

5 days in, no transgressions.

Shave today was okay. I wanted to see how little of Proraso was acceptable and went with a pea sized amount. Lather was a little on the thin side, I will go back to more of an almond sized dollop. Parker blade was not great either today, they can be hit or miss, I will go back to my sharper blades. Wizmet, Astra, and Bic seem to be my preferred blades.

Greetings! I was in the mood for a smooth shave. The Fatboy on setting 4 loaded with a fresh Gillette Nacet didn't dissapoint.
Not much feedback from the lovely Pitralon Classic AS. Overall, a nice Friday morning shave.

Another great smooth showing of this razor and blade. Still going strong. I can without a doubt say that I will be able to finish this week with this blade. Only one shave left. Plenty close and comfortable shave. I will take it!
