Merkur HD vs. Muhle R89

Newbie here and I got both the Merkur 34C and EJ89L but have only used the Merkur. Initially had issues with razor burn, nicks and irritation and found the issue to be with the blades. Used ASTRA SP, 7OCLOCK G, WILKINSON S, SUPERMAX PLAT and all didn't work for me till I finally invested in the FEATHER! Getting excellent shaves all the time with the 34C + FEATHER COMBO. Looking forward to see how the EJ89L works with the Feather!
