Haslinger is a company with a big catalog of products, and has been around since 1949. I would call them "factory".
It even states "Soap factory since 1890" on their web page

Andreas Haslinger employs seven people in his cosmetics production and only ONE of which is responsible for making the shaving soap.
I had thought it was factory too earlier in the thread because they use modern equipment but having just corresponded with Andreas he is firmly in the artisan camp as his wonderful soap is made carefully by one very skilled craftsman in Vienna.
