thick hair gel of tooth paste consistency?

So I have been using a very thick hair gel with tooth paste like consistency by the name of static line hair gel. I got it at a barbershop that I used to live by. I have since moved and can't find it anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions for a gel that is really thick and hardens up.

Not a toothpaste like consistency but suavecito "firme" is pretty thick and hardens up. They call it a pomade but it's water based (which is why it firms up instead of staying greasy) and reminds me of a gel more than a pomade. Good stuff, smells nice and pretty cheap too. Around $10 a can.
