Nice item spotted in wild

Hi folks I was out in downtown Vegas and spotted this in an Antique store. Not the most practical item for me to transport back home. It was really cool just to see it and experience a nice bit of shaving history.

My older brother used to make stuff like this in wood shop. Considering the number of them I saw as a kid in local drug stores I doubt they are rare. I could probably make an identical repro for less than ten bucks.

I've seen a couple of these sell here on the BST over the years, even. They weren't that rare to find at one point, can't say for sure now, though.

I would offer him $150 not more... actually maybe $100 at the most.
