Kai Razor Blades

I've been curious about these blades. They are Japanese and more expensive than Feather blades.

Are they sharper or better than many other blades ?

What are your thoughts on these blades?

Not worth the price?

Kai blades are good blades. They're plenty sharp, but just a tad less so than Feathers, IMO. And I thought that they were about the same price as Feathers, but I could be wrong........I'd say that Kai are along the same line as GSB and Polsilvers, FWIW, IMHO.

They are often compared to Feathers.
I don't think I've used one yet.

I've used five of each so far, and the Kais didn't work for me as well as the Feathers. Kai tugged me a little more, dragged a little more.

But now I am deep into Astra SP territory...

Need I say YMMV?

In my experience they are thicker than other blades and for some reason the holes in them are a bit smaller.

For now, I have spent one KAI blade.This blade gave me five pleasant shave with razor Muhle R41.I think it bodes well, because R41 is demanding for blades.

Go ahead and get a 5 pack and give em a spin.

I found them to be a good blade. Not quite as sharp as Feathers but smoother. The price is a bit much to be a daily blade.

To me, they are good blades, but they aren't better than some others I can get for quite a bit cheaper.
