Getting the charcoal ready for a Tbone, burgers, and hot dogs.

How'd they taste?

Well?

They were excellent! I added a few chunks of hickory, along with the charcoal, into the starter chimney, and then added another piece of hickory and apple wood, that had been soaking in water, to the hot coals.
