Quick & General Question

I have come to accept that my face really only can handle a shave every other day at this point in time. My question is, for you guys in a similar situation, do you still use any products from your den on your "off" days? Maybe a balm or splash to keep your skin in good shape for the next day? I know many of you are morning shavers, so I could understand a aftershave for it's fragrance. Being a night shaver, I wonder if my skin would benefit from some product even when I don't shave. I have so many soaps and creams, I would love to get my face to a point that I could shave daily.

Try face-lathering on your day off. Free up some trapped hairs.

When I feel i need a day off its usually due to some local irritation.. so i use a little vitamin E oil on the area. I sort of like the stuff in general as it is rather benign, even if its 'healing' effect is uncertain and I use it in other areas as an alternative to hand cream

I sometimes use Krampert's (either the Bay Rum or Frostbite) as a general moisturizer; works pretty well.
