Beard reduction/removal -need help

HELP
For the past couple of weeks I have grown a goatee. Don't ask my why, I don't know. Anyway I want to shave it off. After 30 years of shaving nearly everyday I know that there will be a great deal of difference in shaving a beard off. Any suggestions.

Well the easiest it to use a trimmer and just cut it off. If you don't have a trimmer a thin comb and a pair of scissors will do. Use the comb as a guide/guard so you don't cut your skin and when you have the beard reduced to stubble.....SHAVE!

I've had success using clippers with no guard prior to shaving.
