What's new

What are you drinking tonight?

Birthday bash last night so a glass of Champagne as a sharpener, a couple of glasses of Pouilly-Fume and a bottle of St. Estephe, a Lilian Ladouys 2009 - it might need a couple more years as the tannins were still quite sharp - but it was still pretty drinkable. Finished off with an Armagnac which was so good, I had to have another...

Let's try something new.

I took an unopened bottle of Early Times that is 25 years old, and I followed a good recipe and made it into Fireball style whiskey. Stuff is lethal but good lol. (BTW...it took a month of process to make the change to Fireball style, nothing fast so it's some good stuff. Not to mention all natural...cinnamon sticks and so on)

Aberlour 16 year double cask. Kinda fancy, I know, but it was a gift and one that I'm really loving. My current favorite next to Edradour ten year.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
Crown Royal Reserve
Of everything I drink, this my favorite to sip straight out of the bottle. Just delicious. And very inexpensive when purchased at the duty free shop.
