Emillion 2 - Real Specs Wanted

I have a project stirring in my brain. It will be helpful to to have "real" specifications for an Emillion 2.

If you have calipers and are willing to measure and post specs (handle height, handle diameter, knot size and loft), I'd appreciate it.

Still need/want the E2 specs as well.

Knot: 20.24 mm
Loft: 47.45 mm
Handle Height: 54.02 mm
Weight: 57.6 g

Last year I had Tony at TGN make me up an exact copy of the Ivory "Emillion" with 24mm Finest Badger in it, set to about 47 mm loft. It cost around $80. It's a great handle design. It is one of my top five brushes. My other top brushes are: Simpson "Eshan" a Corel Rooney 3/1, a T & H 3/1 and a vintage Simpson Colonel in best badger.

I forgot to add that Tony did a great job on the execution of making the replica "Emillion". The quality of the 24mm Finest badger that Tony installed in this handle leave nothing to be desired in a badger brush. I cannot see how going to a silvertip would do any better then the finest he chose for me. In fact the knot reminds me of the two band silvertip in my Eshan.

When you say calipers you mean micrometers right?

Hello MaxP, I have two (2) Rooney Heritage Emillion 2.

1st one is a Finest badger "two band"

Overall length is 113mm
Handle " is 58mm
Handle Dia is 37mm
Loft Height is 54mm
Knot Dia is 25mm
Weight is 73g

2nd one is a SiverTip special grade three (3) band

Overall length is 105mm
Handle " is 60mm
Handle Dia is 38mm
Loft Height is 48mm
Knot Dia is 24mm
Weight is 77g
